Come as you are

Therapy for where you are and where you want to go

Virtual therapy for adults throughout California navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationships, and dating concerns.

Welcome, so glad you’re here.

Sometimes life just feels like a lot. You may be keeping up with work, relationships, and responsibilities while underneath feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, low, or stuck.

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.

Sometimes the first step is simply having a place to slow down, be honest about what is going on, and start making sense of what you need.

Support for Life’s Harder Seasons.

I’m Daniella, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with adults throughout California. My style is warm, relational, and collaborative. I’ll make space for what you’re feeling while also helping you notice patterns, consider different perspectives, and think through what may need to change.

I work from a relational and psychodynamic lens, while also drawing from CBT, mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches when they’re useful. I care about helping you understand yourself more deeply while also making sure that insight translates into the way you actually live, communicate, make decisions, and relate to the people around you.

You can show up as you are. We’ll start from there.
